Taco Bell is Rolling Out a Vegan Crunchwrap
As of June 8, Taco Bell is testing a new vegan crunch wrap at select restaurants nationwide. The Vegan Crunchwrap is only available in Los Angeles, New York, and Orlando, with no word on when they will expand to other areas. Hopefully, this launch proves successful and doesn’t fall flat like the KFC nugget launch that was only for a limited time.

The Game Changers Sequel is Coming
The Game Changers documentary is returning with a sequel thanks to Lebron James and his production house, The SpringHill Company. The sequel will feature two new directors, Stephanie Soechtig and Kristin Lazure, who previously helmed the critically acclaimed 2014 film, Fed Up. Producers Joseph Pace and James Wilks will return as the film casts a wider net focusing on children’s health and the impact of food systems on the planet. There is no set date for the release of the film at the moment. You can watch the original on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV. Supreme Court Rules Against The Meat Industry
The Supreme Court ruled against the meat industry’s attempt to challenge California’s Prop 12. This proposition bans extreme confinement in animal agriculture and the sale of products derived from such practices. It establishes minimum space requirements for mother pigs, egg-laying hens, and veal calves in California. It also ensures that any veal, eggs, or pork sold in California also meets these requirements. The challenge argued that Prop 12 creates an undue burden on meat producers.
