Chef Alem Richardson returns to SoFlo Vegans as the owner of Calypso Bites. Guests at our SoFlo Vegans UNITE event were treated to delicious samples of her Loaded Smores Chocolate Chip Cookie. Alem previously joined us for our Plant-based Showcase back in 2019 with Heal the Planet Day.
