Option #01: Prix fixe
Requirement
- Must serve a 100% vegan menu
- Can accommodate a party of 30 people in the same area
- Offer a Prix fixe sampler dinner consisting of 6-8 menu items
- Provide a special discounted per person price for our community that includes tax and gratuity
- Include a special promotion for our attendees
- SoFlo Vegans adds 25% on top of the total price to cover our operational and marketing expenses
- (2) Complimentary meals for our team
- SoFlo Vegans representative onsite for attendee check in
