South Florida is truly turning into a global hotspot for vegans. Plant-based restaurant, Planta, is opening their first United States location in the trendy South of Fifth (SoFi) neighborhood. In partnership with hospitality entrepreneur David Grutman, this will mark the second location following the success of their restaurant in Toronto. Set to open in early 2018, Planta’s mission is to deliver delicious food while minimizing the environmental footprint, at every price point.
